The Student Bursary 2026

Some talent only need one opportunity to change everything.

This year, thedsgnjunkies is partnering with the Mensah-Bonsu Foundation, founded by Samuel Mensah-Bonsu (Creative Director & Designer at Microsoft AI), to launch The Student Bursary 2026.

A fund created to support students in Ghana pursuing the Creative Arts.

This initiative aims to ease the financial pressure many young creatives face while building their future.

Three recipients will be selected:

🏆 1st Place — GHS 4,000
🥈 2nd Place — GHS 2,500
🎓 3rd Place — 4 hours of mentorship with Samuel Mensah-Bonsu, Founder of MBF and Creative Director & Designer at Microsoft AI

Applications open March 5 and close April 30.

From all submissions, six finalists will be selected for interviews. From those finalists, three winners will be chosen. Winners will be announced in early June 2026.
