General Administrative Services

The department office provides to students all services that support their academic work. Contact the department for any assistance during working hours.


Referees and Letters of Recommendation

Students or Alumni who require letters of recommendations from department for academic or work related purposes should apply through the office.

Applicants should contact the lecturers on their availability to serve as referees or provide letters of recommendation before applying. Be advised to have your C.V, Purpose statements, Portfolio or a Bio-sketch available, should it be requested to facilitate the process.

Forms are available at the department office to be completed by applicants. Recommendations received from Lecturers after application would be printed on official letterheads and stamped at a fee.

Letters of Introduction

Students who require letters of Introduction for attachments during vacations should visit the office and apply.
