The 13th African Games Logo

The Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the 13th African Games to be hosted by Ghana unveiled three major features for the multi-sport event. The African Games which expects fifty-four African countries to compete in the games, bringing with them more than seven thousand athletes and officials is slated for August 2023.

The logo was developed through a competition won by Tracy Ampah Oppong from the Department of Communication Design, KNUST, Kumasi.

Having received thousands of designs from creatives all across the country, the LOC reviewed the submissions and shortlisted them to five outstanding works before settling for two most creative concepts.
